Step 1 - Connect the CCL gateway at the remote site. Compatible controllers such as Eclypse®, Wattstopper®, NX™, and Mosaic® are supported natively. With DC-powered controllers, power to the lighting controller is routed THROUGH the gateway, enabling the remote user to reboot the controller through the cloud portal. The gateway can either provide DHCP to a non-networked controller, or accept DHCP from the local network. Internet connectivity is accomplished via a cellular modem built in. All traffic is encrypted using AES-256.
Step 2 - The technician logs into the CCL Cloud Portal, and is able to view all remote sites.
Step 3 - The technician clicks on a site, setting up a secure connection. This enables the technician to use their local PC-based software of choice to manage the controller.
Step 4 - Once the technician completes the work, they disconnect from the remote site.
